Content Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting photos, videos, or other materials (collectively referred to as “Content”) to BNO News B.V., you warrant and represent that you are a) the copyright owner of the material submitted, or b) the copyright owner of the material has granted you explicit permission to provide the material to BNO News B.V. and to enter into this agreement on the copyright owner’s behalf.

You understand that by submitting content to BNO News B.V., you are providing BNO News B.V. with a permanent, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to freely use the material provided across all platforms, including, but not limited to, Internet websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and video channels. BNO News B.V. will not re-sell your content without your permission.

If BNO News B.V. chooses to use content submitted by you, BNO News will credit you, citing the name you provided in your email. BNO News may reject submissions at its discretion.

You further warrant that none of the Content submitted is illegal. BNO News B.V. reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action (which may include taking legal action) against anyone who violates this provision, including, without limitation, banning you from all BNO News B.V. services and/or reporting such Content or activities to law enforcement authorities.

BNO News B.V. is incorporated in Tilburg, the Netherlands. The laws of the Netherlands will govern these Terms, as well as any claim that might arise from it, without regard to your country of residence. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in connection with these Terms will be brought solely in the courts of the Netherlands, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.
