Oklahoma Amber Alert: Rosa Steffens taken from Moore

An Oklahoma Amber Alert has been issued for 1-year-old Rosa Steffens after she was allegedly taken from Moore by her father who suffers from PTSD, officials say. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately. (more)

Todd Steffens and his daughter Rosa were last seen at about 8 a.m. on Saturday when Todd dropped his wife off at Platt College in Oklahoma City. They were then supposed to go to Oklahoma City VA Hospital for a doctor's appointment, but they never arrived.

Other details about the circumstances were not immediately available, but Todd suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and has a traumatic brain injury, according to his wife, who told police that he suffers from frequent blackouts.

Todd and Rosa may be traveling in a black 2015 Chrysler Town and County with Oklahoma license plate number ACY884.

Todd is described as a 26-year-old white male who was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and glasses. He has a tattoo of a purple rose with "Rosa Steffens" and "May 2, 2016" on his hand. He also wears one-inch gauged earrings and an eyebrow ring.

Rosa is described as a 1-year-old white female who was last seen wearing an ONG shirt and blue jeans. She also has a birthmark on the back of her neck.

Anyone who sees Todd, Rosa, or the vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Moore Police Department at 405-793-5171 if you have any other information that could help investigators in their search.
