Spain´s acting PM Rajoy meets his party leaders after failing to form government

Spain's acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy on Saturday chaired a meeting of the centre-right People's Party after failing in a second attempt to win parliament's backing to form a government, increasing the likelihood that Spain will have to hold another election - its third in a year.
