Arizona Amber Alert: Ivy Storms-Rocha, 3, abducted from Cottonwood

An Arizona Amber Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Ivy Storms-Rocha after she was allegedly abducted from Cottonwood by her non-custodial father, who has been identified as 35-year-old Lazaro Ovalle Rocha III. (more)
The abduction is believed to have occurred on South 15 Street in Cottonwood when Lazaro Ovalle Rocha III drove off with Ivy while intoxicated and agitated, according to the Cottonwood Police Department. It said the father does not have custody of the child.
The father and daughter are believed to be traveling in a blue 2009 Subaru two-door sedan with an unknown temporary license plate. The back window has a lower right sticker saying "Ghost" and a second sticker has the letter "B".
"He is believed to be headed toward northern or southern California," police said in the amber alert.
A photo of the suspect was not immediately available, but Lazaro is described as a 35-year-old Hispanic male with short brown hair. He is 5 feet 5 tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, camo shorts and a black hat. He also has a tattoo of a heart on his right arm.
The victim, Ivy, is described as a 3-year-old Hispanic female with short light brown braided hair. She is under 4 feet tall and weighs about 35 pounds. She was last seen wearing a lavendar shirt with camo pants.
Anyone who sees either the suspect, the child or the vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Cottonwood Police Department at 928-649-1397 if you have other information that could help investigators.
