Utah Amber Alert: Juliette Cuadra abducted from Salt Lake City

A Utah Amber Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Juliette Cuadra after she was allegedly abducted from Salt Lake City by her mother, Shantel Cuadra. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately. (more)

The child was taken from Salt Lake City by the mother, according to the amber alert. "The child may suffer harm as the suspect has committed violent acts against third parties in the presence of the child," police said.

Other information about the circumstances were not immediately available, but police said the suspect - 26-year-old Shantel Cuadra - is possibly living with a convicted felon. "The court has concerns as to the physical safety of the child," it added.

Anyone who sees the child or the suspect is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 801 799-3000 if you have any other information that could help investigators find the child and her mother.
