The incident happened on Tuesday evening after Zoey picked up her mother - 33-year-old Adryana Limon - from the Taylor County Jail, where Adryana was staying after she was arrested in Sweetwater on Saturday for possession of methamphetamine.

Earlier on Tuesday, a district judge granted temporary custody of Zoey to the Texas Child Protective Services (CPS). Adryana has an extensive drug history and also has a tendency to become violent, according to authorities.

Police fear Adryana could have given drugs to her daughter and are concerned for her safety. Zoey, when she picked up her mother from the Taylor County Jail, was accompanied by her boyfriend, 18-year-old Joe D. Valdez, and a second man, 25-year-old Jimmy W. McQueen.

The four are believed to be traveling in a white/tan 1996 Chevrolet Suburban with Texas license plate HRF7519. It is unknown where they may be heading.

Zoey is described as a 13-year-old Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. She has a "Princess" tattoo on her wrist and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black pants with Converse shoes.

Anyone who sees Zoey, the suspects, or the suspect vehicle, is urged to call 911 immediately.
