The incident happened at about 7 p.m. on Friday when an argument ensued between Miles and Sims' mother, who were both traveling in a vehicle. They pulled over at 98th and 35W at which point Miles allegedly exited the vehicle and pulled the mother from the vehicle by her hair.

The mother was left on the side of the road and, before Miles took off in the vehicle, she allegedly said to the mother that she would never see her child again. Sims was in the backseat when Miles left the scene and Miles may be taking him to an unknown address in Savage.

Miles is described as a 19-year-old black female with light brown hair pulled up in a ponytail, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. She was wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. Sims was last seen wearing white shorts and an orange t-shirt.

Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
