Indiana Amber Alert: 3 children abducted from Anderson

An Indiana Amber Alert has been issued for 3 young children after they were allegedly abducted from Anderson in Madison County, local officials say. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately. (more)

The incident happened at about 2 p.m. on Sunday when the 3 children were allegedly taken from Anderson by 28-year-old Blake Rindahl. Details about the circumstances of the abduction were not immediately released.

"The children were last seen at 2:00 pm EDT in Anderson, IN and are believed to be to be in extreme danger," the Indiana State Police said.

Blake is believed to have taken the children in a silver 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora with Minnesota license plate 399VED. It is unknown where he may be taking them. The amber alert did not specify whether Blake is the children's father.

The children have been identified as 2-year-old Adyson Rindahl, 2-year-old Peyton Rindahl, and 8-month-old Jayden Rindahl. All three children are described as white.

Anyone who sees the children, the suspect, or the suspect vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Anderson Police Department at 1-888-582-6237 if you have any other information that could help investigators.
