The incident happened at about 1:30 p.m. on Thursday when Dominic was apparently taken from the 100 block of Regions Way in Jupiter, though specific details about the circumstances of the abduction were not immediately released.

The suspects have been identified as 60-year-old Elizabeth Caprio and 64-year-old Luis Caprio. They are believed to have taken the child in a blue 2013 BMW 740i with Florida license plate number CBDB47.

Earlier, Jupiter Police had said Dominic's mother left him with a caretaker, 57-year-old Bianca Ledy Castro, and when she returned an hour later both of them were gone. But the alert issued on Friday morning named Elizabeth Caprio and Luis Caprio as the suspects. It is unclear what changed.

The amber alert did not specify the nature of Elizabeth and Luis' relationship to Dominic. It was also not immediately clear whether Castro was still missing.

Dominic is described as a 4-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 3 feet tall and weighing about 44 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray pajama top with dinosaurs and green shorts. He has a red/pink birthmark on the back of his neck.

Elizabeth is described as a 60-year-old white female with blonde hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds. Luis is described as a 64-year-old white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds.

Anyone who sees either Dominic, Elizabeth, Luis, or the suspect vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Jupiter Police Department at 561-799-4447 if you have any other information that could help investigators.
