              Colin Kaepernick has reportedly prepared to file a collusion grievance against the NFL under the collective bargaining agreement. Bleacher Report’s Mike Freeman and several other media outlets report Kaepernick’s complaint alleges the NFL colluded to keep him from a job after taking a knee during the 2016 season to protest racial inequalities.
