The incident happened at about 6:09 p.m. on Friday when the Department of Family Services was serving a warrant to remove the child from Albert's care. Clifford has special needs and was born with drug exposure, according to police.

Investigators say Albert is believed to have taken the child in a red 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 quad type truck with an extended cab. The vehicle has a black vertical window rack and Utah license plate W376TM. It is unknown where Albert may be taking the child.

Albert is described in the amber alert as a 42-year-old white male with gray hair, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. The Salt Lake Police Department, however, has described Albert as a 52-year-old male. It also said the child is 2 weeks old, while the amber alert said 1.

Anyone who sees either Clifford, Albert, or the suspect vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 801-799-3000 if you have any other information that could help investigators.
