              A $500 million lawsuit filed by business magnate Donald Trump against Spanish-language TV network Univision is "both factually false and legally ridiculous," Univision spokeswoman Monica Talan an emailed statement. "Our decision to end our business relationship with Mr. Trump was influenced solely by our responsibility to speak up for the community we serve," she said.

              Clocks have struck midnight in Brussels without the required debt payment from Greece to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), making Greece the first developed country to default on an IMF loan. The confirmation that Greece failed its obligation to pay €1.55 billion ($1.73 billion) means that the country has lost the last European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) loan tranche of €1.8 billion ($2.0 billion), as well as €10.9 billion ($12.1 billion) in EFSF notes to cover the potential cost of bank recapitalization.

              Business magnate Donald Trump is suing Univision for $500 million after the Spanish-language TV network terminated its contract with the Miss Universe Organization and decided that it would not broadcast the upcoming Miss USA pageant that is scheduled to take place on July 12. "Under the contract, Univision is required to broadcast the pageant live on television in Spanish," the Trump Organization said in a statement, saying that Univision's decision was "in reality, a politically motivated attempt to suppress Mr. Trump's freedom of speech."
