              At least two people have been placed in isolation after a "substance" was found in a suspicious envelope that was opened on the 14th floor of the Earle Cabell Federal Building in Dallas, according to Jason Evans, a spokesman for the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department.               Three officials and nine security staff employees have been placed on leave as part of the ongoing investigation into the escape of two convicted murderers from the Clinton Correctional facility in New York, the state's department of corrections says in a statement.               The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has released a schedule of Pope Francis' visit to the United States in September. The pontiff will meet with President Barack Obama at the White House on September 23, address the U.S. Congress in Washington, D.C. on September 24, and address the UN General Assembly in New York on September 25. He will also visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum in New York in addition to a several other events in Philadelphia. [full schedule attached]

 2 yrs | 4 people shot at Florida apartment complex, conditions unknown - WSVN-TV

              Four boys ranging in age from 12 to 18 have been shot at a Opa-locka, Florida apartment complex, local affiliate WSVN-TV reports. Three victims were transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital. A fourth transported himself to an area hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known and there was no immediate information about the shooter or shooters.

 2 yrs | Massive fire completely engulfs historic Civic Stadium in Eugene, Ore.

              Eugene fire officials say the two-alarm fire, which began Monday at around 5:30 p.m. local time, is under control. The building suffered extensive damage and remains barely intact. The cause of the fire is not immediately known, but officials say dry timber may have fueled the blaze. No one was injured and nearby residents within a two block radius of the fire have been evacuated as a precaution as authorities believe nearby structures may be at risk.

              Texas Governor Greg Abbott, responding to a ruling from the Supreme Court that temporarily blocked a Texas abortion law from taking effect, says he is "confident" that the country's top court will ultimately uphold the law.  2 yrs | New York man charged with making numerous bomb threats at JFK Airport

              A 64-year-old man from Manhattan has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of false bomb threats at John F. Kennedy International Airport earlier this month, according to the Queens District Attorney's Office. Philip Ngom has been charged with 11 counts each of first-degree falsely reporting an incident and making a terroristic threat. If convicted, he could face up to 7 years in prison.

              The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 350.33 points (-1.95%) to 17,596.35 as worries over the Greek financial crisis worsened. The S&P 500 dropped 43.85 points, a decline of 2.09 percent, to 2,057.64.
