              At least 28 people have been injured after a car bomb targeted mourners behind a military hospital in the Yemeni capital Sana'a, residents and medics have told the Reuters news agency. The Associated Press, citing officials close to Houthi rebels, said the blast had caused "dozens of casualties." The Islamic State (ISIS) claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement obtained by Reuters.
