Habba was not in her office at the time, and no arrests have been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attorney General Pamela Bondi said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/agpambondi\/status\/1989024482560708818\">statement<\/a> on Thursday that the individual \u201cdestroyed property in her office, and then fled the scene.\u201d She said Habba was unharmed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAny violence or threats of violence against any federal officer will not be tolerated. Period,\u201d Bondi said. &#8220;This is unfortunately becoming a trend as radicals continue to attack law enforcement agents around the country.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to CNN, the person had earlier attempted to enter the building while carrying a baseball bat but was turned away. The individual later returned without the bat and was allowed inside before damaging items in the waiting room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habba responded in a separate <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/USAttyHabba\/status\/1989036105199501541\">statement<\/a>, saying, \u201cI will not be intimidated by radical lunatics for doing my job.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bondi said the Justice Department will use all available legal tools to protect federal prosecutors and law enforcement officials.
