according<\/a> to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAccording to the indictment, Dorn called one of his victims on October 17 and left voice messages threatening to injure and kill that person and others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prosecutors say that 10 days later, on October 27, he threatened to shoot his postal carrier and then “shoot up” the local post office, prosecutors said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The FBI arrested Dorn at his residence on October 28 after filing a criminal complaint. A federal magistrate judge ordered him detained pending trial, finding that he posed a danger to the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prosecutors also said the indictment includes forfeiture allegations advising Dorn that the government intends to seize property recovered during the FBI\u2019s search, including 11 firearms, suppressors, scopes, magazines, and assorted ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
