An armed suspect has barricaded himself with three children after a shooting in Seguin, Texas, where one person was grazed in the head by gunfire, according to officials and local media reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shooting happened at about 4 p.m. on Monday in the 700 block of Seguin-Luling Road in Seguin, a city about 35 miles northeast of San Antonio, according<\/a> to the Guadalupe County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One person suffered a graze wound to the head and was taken to a local hospital. The sheriff\u2019s office said the victim was being treated and was speaking with investigators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A short time later, authorities reported a heavy law enforcement presence in the 200 block of Pine Street, where they said an armed suspect was barricaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KWED<\/a>, a local radio station, reported that the shooting stemmed from a road rage incident and that the suspect was barricaded with three children. The sheriff\u2019s office has not confirmed those details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to KWED, citing witness statements, the victim had followed the suspect and his wife from San Antonio to the suspect\u2019s residence in Seguin. The suspect then allegedly fired multiple rounds into or at the victim\u2019s vehicle, striking him once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
