One man died at the scene, while two other men and a woman were taken to a hospital in stable condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shooting happened at K Towne Plaza, a strip mall in the city\u2019s Korea Town area, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox4news.com\/news\/carrollton-shooting-leaves-several-people-injured\">KDFW<\/a>. Public records cited by the station show the suspect, Seung Ho Han, owns Kkanbu Sushi, which is located in the same shopping center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About an hour later, at 11:13 a.m., police were called to a second shooting in the 2700 block of Old Denton Road. Officers found another man dead inside an apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investigators later determined that both shootings were carried out by Han, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CarrolltonTXPD\/posts\/pfbid035xYdXg6st6GXjDzRE8hWYhztgKPkVieTXJurMzUUgFLBPqhxzsoCrhcPCDV4iz36l?__cft__[0]=AZZ84lEmM8hjpq2xVufr6if_kHtTlQZHa9ETglhwN4QqB7iuUJ9m9gXu6bPsJq5aO1saHGw6cIqQgEo-LL4qXA2JO6StSC2eet-98mDHgWZ7xvrK3dhNo457a5FUcSZaLk5m1Fe0W3QGanpNh92wBW9KBii9srdwxiLwfhi31FZHdIpNoICFBEy7LoXyymhTH7c&amp;__tn__=%2CO%2CP-R\">according<\/a> to the Carrollton Police Department. He was taken into custody at about 12:12 p.m. after a short foot chase near Interstate 35 and the George Bush Turnpike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detectives interviewed Han after his arrest, and police said he confessed to shooting all five victims. He told investigators he was angry at the victims because of financial disagreements related to their business dealings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police did not immediately release the names of the victims or describe their connection to Han.
