Nancy Pelosi, is facing a possible hit-and-run charge after authorities say he struck a parked car in Northern California and drove away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The incident happened at about 2:30 p.m. Friday on Yount Street in Yountville, a town in Napa County, according to the sheriff\u2019s office. Pelosi, 86, was driving a brown convertible when he hit a parked car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A witness told authorities that Pelosi briefly stopped after the crash and then drove away. The witness reported the crash and pointed deputies in the direction Pelosi\u2019s vehicle was last seen traveling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The parked car sustained major rear damage and its front tire was forced onto the curb, according to the sheriff\u2019s office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputies later found Pelosi\u2019s convertible on Yountville Cross Road, where it was partially blocking the road. Pelosi admitted to deputies that he had hit something, but said he did not know what he struck and kept driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials said Pelosi drove until his vehicle became inoperable and he was unable to continue. Investigators determined he had no alcohol in his system at the time of the crash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sheriff\u2019s office said the case will be sent to the district attorney\u2019s office for review.
