POTUS boarded at 8:40, en route to Bismarck Municipal Airport. He waved and made a fist right before boarding.

POTUS also took a question on Bill Pulte but your pooler had trouble hearing the response.
We are flying on the plane donated by the government of Qatar last year. The plane has a white top and a blue bottom with a horizontal red stripe around the middle, with an American flag on the tail.
We are not expected to have wifi until we reach the Theodore Presidential Library, so after our wheels up, I will send the next report as soon as I am able.
