California Amber Alert: Benz Magana-Davis abducted from Paso Robles
UPDATE: The amber alert has been canceled. The child has been recovered safely.
A California Amber Alert has been issued for 4-year-old Benz Magana-Davis after he was allegedly abducted from Paso Robles in San Luis Obispo County, officials say. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
The incident happened at about 3:18 p.m. on Thursday, according to the amber alert, but details about the circumstances were not immediately released. The suspect was identified as his mother, 47-year-old Ami Magana.
Magana is believed to have taken Benz in a 2019 white Nissan Sentra with California license plate number 8HZZ682. It’s unknown where she might be taking the child.
Anyone who sees the suspect or the victim is urged to call 911 immediately, or call local law enforcement if you have any other information that could help investigators.
