A fire has broken out at the American Custom Drying facility in Burlington Township, New Jersey, following reports of an explosion. All employees have been accounted for, according to preliminary information.
The incident was reported at 109 Elbow Lane in Burlington Township, located in Burlington County in southern New Jersey, northeast of Philadelphia.
The address corresponds to American Custom Drying, a company that describes itself as a leading U.S.-based toll manufacturer and custom spray dryer.
Early reports from a local emergency news outlet described a commercial structure fire in a five-story building, with flames visible from multiple floors and medevac placed on standby.
Initial information indicated that employees may have been trapped inside, but subsequent updates said all employees have been accounted for. Fire and emergency officials have not released information to independently verify those details.
Images from the scene showed flames burning through upper levels of the building and heavy smoke rising above the facility.
