Idaho Amber Alert: Delia Garcia Olayo missing from Jerome

UPDATE: Delia has been found. The amber alert has been canceled.

An Idaho Amber Alert has been issued for 15-year-old Delia Garcia Olayo, who was reported missing from Jerome, Idaho, according to officials. She may be traveling through Utah and could be in Colorado.

Delia was reported missing on Monday from Jerome in south-central Idaho, according to the Idaho Missing Persons Clearinghouse. Further details about the circumstances were not immediately released.

Authorities identified 23-year-old Francisco Vargas Pegueros as an associated companion in the alert. He is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 100 pounds.

The alert says Delia and Vargas Pegueros may be traveling in a black 2007 GMC Yukon with Texas license plate TZK7776. Authorities said the vehicle may be traveling through Utah and could possibly be in Colorado.

Delia is described as a Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a dark gray sweater, blue jeans and gray Jordan shoes.

Anyone who sees Delia, Pegueros or the suspect vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Jerome Police Department at (208) 324-4313.
