Oklahoma man charged over online threats to kill ICE agents
Federal prosecutors have charged an Oklahoma man with making online threats to kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, according to a criminal complaint filed in federal court.
The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on Wednesday, charges Taylor Ryan Prigmore with transmitting communications containing threats to injure others in interstate commerce, a federal offense.
Investigators allege Prigmore posted multiple threatening comments on YouTube targeting ICE agents, politicians and other groups between May 2025 and January 2026.
According to the affidavit, the investigation began after Google alerted the FBI to comments it described as posing an imminent risk of death or serious bodily harm. The posts, which were later deleted, included explicit calls to kill ICE agents and others.
One of the comments said he was “prepping physically and mentally to kill federal agents” and also included a threat against U.S. President Trump, stating that “our president needs to die to save lives.”
FBI agents traced the account activity to an individual in McLoud, Oklahoma, using subscriber records and IP address data.
The FBI said the case was handled by its Joint Terrorism Task Force and involved repeated threats posted across multiple videos over several months. A U.S. magistrate judge found probable cause to support the charge.
“This individual allegedly made statements that he would kill ICE agents and others,” FBI Director Kash Patel said. “If you threaten to harm law enforcement officers, the FBI and our partners will find you and hold you accountable.”
