Texas Amber Alert: Amarianna Benavidez abducted in San Antonio

A Texas Amber Alert has been issued for 7-year-old Amarianna Benavidez after she was allegedly abducted in San Antonio, local officials say. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
Amarianna was last seen at 1:26 p.m. on Monday in the 5800 block of NW Loop 410 on San Antonio’s West Side. Details about the circumstances of her disappearance – or who she could be with – have not been released.
“Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger,” police said in the amber alert.
Amarianna is described as a 7-year-old white/Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 4 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 70 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, purple shorts and no shoes.
According to the amber alert, Amarianna has a scar on her upper left lip and lost a tooth on the upper row left side.
Anyone who sees Amarianna is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the San Antonio Police Department at 210-207-7660 if you have any other information that could help investigators.
