2 killed, 3 injured in shooting in West Philadelphia
Two people were killed and three others were injured in a shooting in West Philadelphia, according to officials.
The shooting happened at about 6:37 p.m. Monday near 60th Street and Delancey Street in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood of West Philadelphia, according to police. WPVI reported the shooting happened near the 318 Bar.
Police said five people were shot. Two of the victims were pronounced dead, while the conditions of the other three were not immediately known.
The identities of the victims have not been released. At least 15 shell casings were recovered from the scene, according to WPVI.
Police also have not announced a motive or said what relationship, if any, the suspect or suspects had to the victims. No arrests have been announced.
The investigation remains active and is being led by the Homicide Unit.
