The federal indictment against former President Donald Trump has been released, charging him with violations of the Espionage Act and conspiracy to obstruct justice, among other charges, in connection with the classified documents which were found at his Mar-a-Lago home.
Trump, who says he’s innocent, has been summoned to appear at the federal courthouse in Miami at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. He’s expected to plead not guilty. His former military valet, Walt Nauta, has also been charged in connection with the case.
