The abduction happened at about 12:40 p.m. on Thursday when Isiah was in the back of a vehicle that was stolen in the 6200 block of Knight Arnold Road in Memphis. The vehicle was later recovered but the child is still missing.

Details about the circumstances of the kidnapping were not released, but investigators believe the child was taken by a man identified only as "Shack," a black male who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and is of medium build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and a black and white baseball cap.

The child (pictured above) is described as a 1-year-old black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 2 feet tall and weighing about 25 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan shirt, camouflage pants and black "Jordan tennis" shoes.

Anyone who sees the child or the suspect is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) at 1-800-TBI-FIND if you have any other information that could help investigators.
