Chloe was last seen in the company of her mother in the 1900 block of Hastings Drive on April 30, but investigators have recently developed information that suggests both Chloe and Keir could be the victim of an abduction. Neither have been seen or heard from since April 30.

"We believe that Keir and Chloe were possibly abducted and an AMBER Alert has been issued in hopes of safely locating both Keir and Chloe Johnson," the Hampton Police Department said. "It is out of the norm for Keir to be gone for an extended amount of time and to not make contact with family or friends."

Keir was known to be driving a 2013 black Kia Optima, a four-door sedan bearing Virginia license plate VAW-2197. It is unknown if they are still traveling in this vehicle.

Anyone who sees either Chloe, Keir, or the vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Hampton Police Division at 757–727–6111 if you have any other information that could help investigators. To remain anonymous, call Crime Line at 1–888-LOCK-U-UP.
