* A sewage tanker filled with explosives was detonated during the morning rush hour in Kabul's diplomatic district, killing at least 90 people and injuring 460 others. * U.S. President Donald Trump will announce his decision on the Paris climate accord at 3 p.m. ET (1900 GMT) on Thursday. Multiple media reports say Trump will likely pull out of the deal. If he does, Chinese and EU leaders are expected to issue a joint statement to re-affirm their commitment.

* A Malaysia Airlines plane was forced to return to Melbourne when a passenger tried to enter the cockpit and threatened the passengers and crew.
