              The fire, which was reported around 9 p.m. Tuesday night at the Mount Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church in Greeleyville, SC, was not the work of an arsonist, according to the AP citing a federal law enforcement official. The source spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the case publicly. The fire is still under investigation.

On the Democratic side, support for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continued to weaken, slipping from 60 percent in May to 57 percent now.

              "Springfield has failed to address Chicago Public Schools' financial crisis, so today CPS made its 2015 pension payment by borrowing money," said Jesse Ruiz, interim CEO of Chicago Public Schools. "As an immediate consequence of driving the district further into debt and our need to address the existing structural deficit - which is also driven by decades of pension neglect - CPS will make $200 million in cuts. As we have said, CPS could not make the payment and keep cuts away from the classroom, so while school will start on time, our classrooms will be impacted."

              The fire, which began just before 9 p.m. on Tuesday, is at the Mt. Zion AME Church on Mackey Road in Greeleyville, South Carolina. There is no immediate word on the cause. As of late Tuesday night, officials had brought the fire under control. There have been no reports of injuries. According to the Post and Courier newspaper, several federal agencies have been notified following a series of church fires across the South, which have been linked to arson.

              The U.S. State Department has released the second tranche of emails from Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state. The emails, totaling approximately 3,000 pages, were sent or received throughout 2009, though upcoming releases over the coming months will include additional emails from 2009.               Internet outages across parts of Northern California this morning were the result of fiber optic vandalism that was confined to a local area in the San Francisco Bay region, and it was not part of a "coordinated attack," the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) says. Wave Broadband had earlier said that three major fiber-optic cables had been physically severed in the Sacramento area, calling the act an apparent "coordinated attack on multiple internet carriers."
