However, the Eurogroup will hold another teleconference on Wednesday to consider the request from the Greek government for a two-year agreement that Athens says would allow it to cover its financial needs while restructuring its debt.

              More than 1,200 "dangerous inmates," including those who were convicted of terrorism offenses, have escaped from the central prison in the Yemeni city of Taiz after the complex was stormed by al-Qaeda militants and warring militias, the Houthi-controlled Saba news agency is reporting.               India has banned the trade in oil and related products with the Islamic State, the commerce department says, complying with a UN Security Council resolution that was adopted in February.               The Greek government has submitted a proposal for a two-year aid proposal with the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) that would allow the country to fully cover its financial needs while simultaneously restructuring its debt, the Reuters news agency reports, citing a statement from the prime minister's office. "Greece remains at the negotiating table," the statement said, according to Reuters.

              All 113 people on board the military transport plane that crashed in the Indonesian city of Medan are believed to have been killed, air force chief Agus Supriatna told the AFP news agency. "No, no. No survivors. I have just returned from the site," the chief told AFP. The news agency also cited officials as saying that at least three people on the ground had also been killed, which would put the death toll at 116. About 50 bodies have been recovered so far.
