Pennsylvania Amber Alert: Alexis Weber abducted from Columbia County

A Pennsylvania Amber Alert has been issued for 2-year-old Alexis Weber after she was allegedly abducted from Berwick in Columbia County, officials say. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately. (more)

The incident occurred at about 7 p.m. on Sunday when Alexis was reportedly abducted in a stolen vehicle from the area of 2200 West Front Street in Berwick. The amber alert was issued just after 8:30 p.m. ET.

The stolen vehicle is described as a yellow 2005 Ford Mustang with Pennsylvania license plate HWN-1367. It is unknown where the suspect may be taking the vehicle and the child, but the vehicle was last seen heading towards Laporte.

Details about a possible suspect were not immediately released by the Pennsylvania State Police, but Alexis is described as a 2-year-old girl with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 3 feet tall and weighing 30 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white coat, blue polka dot shirt, and black pants.

Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
