Korean Central Television (KCTV) is a state-run TV channel in North Korea. It broadcasts from 3 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday (local time), and from 8 or 9 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. on Sunday and major holidays. A test card is shown when the channel is off the air.
