SpaceX is scheduled to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral in Florida. It is carrying 3 unmanned spacecraft, including Beresheet, which could become the first privately-built vessel to reach the lunar surface. It would also make Israel the 4th country to land on the Moon.
Lift-off is scheduled for 8:45 p.m. ET. Afterwards, SpaceX will attempt to land Falcon 9’s first stage on the “Of Course I Still Love You” droneship, which is stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
