DiSTI is pleased to announce its role in the development of a comprehensive training program for Viceroy Seaglider crews. As the leader in virtual training, DiSTI will create a Virtual Maintenance Trainer (VMT) and certified training courses that will provide seaglider crews with the hands-on training necessary for safe and effective operations. DiSTI will also integrate a commercial Learning Management System (LMS) into the program, ensuring continuous updates and providing crews with easy access to their training materials.
Strengthening Military Readiness with Virtual Training Systems for the U.S. Army
In parallel, DiSTI is advancing its work with the U.S. Army to upgrade the Operator Maintainer Trainer (OMT) and Diagnostic Troubleshooting Trainers (DTT) for the M270A2 MLRS and CFCS. The project will modernize training on both legacy and newly upgraded systems, ensuring soldiers at key training locations such as Fort Sill and Fort Gregg-Adams receive the most effective and up-to-date training on advanced fire control and chassis systems. These upgrades will enhance the Army’s ability to maintain operational readiness and ensure soldiers are prepared to face modern combat challenges.
