California Amber Alert: Justin Chan abducted in Long Beach

A California Amber Alert has been issued for 4-year-old Justin Chan after he was allegedly abducted in Long Beach, local officials say. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
The incident happened at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday when Justin was allegedly taken in Long Beach, according to the amber alert. Specific details about the circumstances of the abduction were not immediately released.
Justin is believed to have been taken in a gray 2021 Honda Accord with California license plate number 8XPG349. Suspect information is not available.
A message from the Emergency Alert System, which was broadcast on radio and TV, mistakenly said Justin was abducted in 2021.
Justin is described as a 4-year-old Asian male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 3 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 35 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and red pants.
Anyone who sees Justin or the suspect vehicle is urged to call 911 immediately, or call the Long Beach Police Department if you have any other information that could help investigators.
